• We maintain the security and integrity of our systems, taking necessary measures to verify and validate service orders placed through the site.

Fees and Payments

• Invoicing: We will issue a valid invoice for each service. Payment must be made before the deliverable can be downloaded. Fees are based on the services requested, and payment is non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• Payment Terms: Payments must be made in full, without set-offs or deductions, and in the currency specified in the order confirmation.
• Billing Information: You are responsible for providing accurate billing details and notifying us of any updates.
• Invoice Re-Issuance and Overpayment: In case of a billing error, we will re-issue the invoice. Any overpayments will be credited to your account or refunded after deducting any outstanding balances.
• Billing Disputes: If you dispute an invoice, you must notify us within 1 month of receiving it. We will review and investigate the dispute, and any outstanding amounts must be paid within five business days after resolution.

Refunds/Cancellation Policy

• Please note that we do not accept refund requests if you change your mind. Once an order is delivered, a 100% refund is no longer possible. Once an order has been started, the hours spent on the project cannot be recovered, and therefore, no refund will be provided. The Products and Services offered are non-refundable and come with no warranties, expressed or implied. However, you can request up to three revisions free of charge. If you are not completely satisfied with the product or service quality, you can request a 50% refund of the paid fee.
• The 50% refund will be processed subject to verification of the quality concerns you claim. If you have a special complaint and request a full refund, your case will be forwarded to the evaluation committee, which will make an impartial decision based on facts and evidence.
• Please note that a 100% refund is not available once an order is completed and delivered. You may request up to three revisions if the product or service does not meet your expectations or project requirements. A partial refund request may be filed only if you provide written feedback, followed by disapproved revisions from your end. Without such communication, we will not entertain refund claims.
• If a customer files a charge-back without first contacting Journal Publication Service to request a refund or discuss the issue with the Account Manager, they will be ineligible for a refund, and Journal Publication Service reserves the right to refuse any refund requests.
• JPS is not responsible for refunds if the client's preferred journal rejects the submission for any reason, such as plagiarism, formatting, or other issues. JPS will not be accountable for a full refund in such cases.
• No cancellation requests will be accepted for confirmed orders.
